Zav\u00e4zujeme sa preto poskytn\u00fa\u0165 priate\u013esk\u00e9 a pr\u00edjemn\u00e9 prostredie nez\u00e1visle od rodu, sexu\u00e1lnej orient\u00e1cie, postihnutia, n\u00e1rodnosti, n\u00e1bo\u017eenstva, preferovan\u00e9ho opera\u010dn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu, programovacieho jazyku \u010di textov\u00e9ho editora na\u0161ich n\u00e1v\u0161tevn\u00edkov.<\/p>\n<p>Tento k\u00f3dex stanovuje ist\u00e9 pravidl\u00e1 o\u010dak\u00e1van\u00e9ho spr\u00e1vania n\u00e1v\u0161tevn\u00edkov, rovnako ako n\u00e1sledky spr\u00e1vania sa, ktor\u00e9 bude proti t\u00fdmto pravidl\u00e1m.<\/p>\n<p>Poz\u00fdvame v\u0161etk\u00fdch dobrovo\u013en\u00edkov, predn\u00e1\u0161aj\u00facich, sponzorov, n\u00e1v\u0161tevn\u00edkov i ostatn\u00fdch z\u00fa\u010dastnen\u00fdch k tomu, aby pomohli vytvori\u0165 predpoklady pre pozit\u00edvny a bezpe\u010dn\u00fd z\u00e1\u017eitok pre v\u0161etk\u00fdch.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Open Source ob\u010dianstvo<\/h3>\n<p>Doplnkov\u00fdm cie\u013eom tohto k\u00f3dexu je zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 povedomie o Open Source ob\u010dianstve povzbuden\u00edm \u00fa\u010dasn\u00edkov, aby sa neb\u00e1li vyzdvihn\u00fa\u0165 a posilni\u0165 vz\u0165ahy medzi ich pr\u00e1cou a \u0161ir\u0161ou komunitou.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>O\u010dak\u00e1van\u00e9 spr\u00e1vanie<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bu\u010f oh\u013eadupln\u00fd a pristupuj k \u013eu\u010fom s \u00factou a ochotou spolupracova\u0165.<\/li>\n<li>Bu\u010f si vedom\u00fd svojho okolia a svojich spolu\u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov. As such, we are committed to providing a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for all, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, religion, preferred operating system, programming language, or text editor.<\/p>\n<p>This code of conduct outlines our expectations for participant behavior as well as the consequences for unacceptable behavior.<\/p>\n<p>We invite all sponsors, volunteers, speakers, attendees, and other participants to help us realize a safe and positive conference experience for everyone.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Open Source Citizenship<\/h3>\n<p>A supplemental goal of this code of conduct is to increase open source citizenship by encouraging participants to recognize and strengthen the relationships between what we do and the community at large.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Expected Behavior<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Be considerate, respectful, and collaborative.<\/li>\n<li>Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory or harassing behavior and speech.<\/li>\n<li>Be mindful of your surroundings and of your fellow participants. Alert conference organizers if you notice a dangerous situation or someone in distress.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in an authentic and active way. In doing so, you help to create\u00a0WordCamp Bratislava\u00a0and make it your own.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Unacceptable Behavior<\/h3>\n<p>Unacceptable behaviors include: intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory or demeaning conduct by any attendees of\u00a0WordCamp Bratislava\u00a0and related events. All<br \/>\nWordCamp Bratislava venues may be shared with members of the public; please be respectful to all patrons of these locations.<\/p>\n<p>Harassment includes: offensive verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, disability; inappropriate use of nudity and\/or sexual images in public spaces (including presentation slides); deliberate intimidation, stalking or following; harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of talks or other events; inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Consequences Of Unacceptable Behavior<\/h3>\n<p>Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated whether by other attendees, organizers, venue staff, sponsors, or other patrons of WordCamp Bratislava\u00a0venues.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately.<\/p>\n<p>If a participant engages in unacceptable behavior, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, up to and including expulsion from the conference without warning or refund.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>What To Do If You Witness Or Are Subject To Unacceptable Behavior<\/h3>\n<p>If you are subject to unacceptable behavior, notice that someone else is being subject to unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please notify a conference organizer as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0WordCamp Bratislava team will be available to help participants contact venue security or local law enforcement, to provide escorts, or to otherwise assist those experiencing unacceptable behavior to feel safe for the duration of the conference.\u00a0Any volunteer can connect you with a conference organizer.
